RANT ALERT: How can a lot of high profile people make so much content?

Okay, hear me out.

We always see these “success” stories and “how to’s” of supposedly high-profile gurus online. They claim to have achieved N amount of successful and profitable businesses, products, etc.??

However, if they do claim to have been “working so hard” to get all those out the door, why is that they have so much time to create these posts and grab all that credit?

What would be more motivational to see, is if these people actually mention EVERYONE who is a part of that success (unless you are a sole proprietor of a small business and you do everything on your own, I get that).

Especially with digital products/services? Mention the team! Sure, it might have been your idea, or you could have initiated it — but these people helped you accomplish that. Who was your mentor, which organization were you with, who stood with you along those challenges???

Understandable, we all need to “sell” ourselves to land a better gig. But you see, while you are able to make all of those content, the other people actually do the work and usually let that work speak for themselves…

I just have to write about this right now because nobody actually likes credit-grabbers.

Just goes to show how these “successful” people fail to recognize other contributors’ hard work. Way to advertise yourself as someone who isn’t a team player.

There is no “I” in team? There it is. It’s hidden in the A-hole!
